PNY GTX 960 upgrade giving the "Please power down and connect the PCIE cables to the graphics card" error

Friend is getting the "please power down and connect the pcie cables to the graphics card" error when installing a used PNY GTX 960. She currently has 600W and only 1 6pin connector. Old card still works when she puts it back in. This is what she currently has for specs, however she has something different for power than whats listed in the group.

That psu is pretty unreliable i would swap PSU as it has buil from 2008 and still yet its pretty "Crap".

She probably didnt plugged the 6pin connector to GPU, if she did then the 6pin connector is damaged/bad.
But still i wouldnt trust that PSU a notch.

Thats an reputable brand since its on sale i would pick it up.

Install it fo your friend, and plug 6pin connector to GPU.

She honestly knows nothing about computers, hence why I offered to help. Most of my stuff were too expensive for her.
