Worked well for a little under a year, sudden screen shut offs. Installed clean copy of Windows 11, tried on 3 of my gaming rigs. Issue would not resolve, RMA sent off and returned from PNY as "no issues". Put back in my main rig which was working fine with another card and same issue.
Decided since RMA was denied to open the card, I had it on a vertical mount and when all of the issues started I had left a game running overnight.
The thermal paste was pretty much gone from the chip and what little residue remained was hard. Replaced thermal paste and adjusted the stock fan curve and now the system knock on wood is working flawlessly. If I do not adjust the fan curve I do believe it will overheat as when the default of fans being off is enabled the temps start to rise. With the new thermal paste and curve adjusted I have passed 3D Mark with a 99.3% multiple times now. Worse loop score was 3.894 with a frame rate stability of 99.3%
Just FYI for anyone with this card and issues, not sure I would by PNY again, debating Radeon for next card.
