Hi:
As I've said, I already played BG: DA as a Sorceror, and am now playing
again, as the unlockable Elven Fighter. That gives you basically all
fighter and mage and archer benefits. I'm playing as a magic-using fighter
(fighter emphasis, as opposed to battle mage with sorc. emphasis)
I'm now Level 10, and at the end of Chapter 1. I have ~15 points to
allocate ... and want to spend them wisely.
I have no bow, no arrows ... and never plan to. If I need a ranged attack
I'll toss a fireball.
I know what I want to have as Mage - I already have my fireball going.
I've spent some on enhanced critical and death blow, intestinal fortitude
and the like.
I was wondering what people who have played as a fighter have found
valuable? I like the enhanced critical with death blow - it allowed me,
with the 'Frost Bastard Sword +1' to blast hits up to 70 points as a level
9.
- What else should I take?
- What weapons should I seek out?
