Same general ballpark as each other (the DDR3 variants perform on par with each other, the DDR5 variants do to). If you're comparing a DDR3 card vs DDR5, that's where there will likely be a bit of a gap.
2GB variants of each card though, are (almost?) certainly DDR3.
They'll perform very similarly.... yet I believe the 2GB DDR3 630 is only a ~30W card vs a 440 @ 75W, I think.
So, taking power draw as the only real deciding factor, the 630 would be slightly "better", to me.
To be clear though, neither are particularly impressive or useful GPUs in 2019 though.
