Poor FPS and Noticable stutters - Please help

I decided to build a gaming pc a year ago and I have been having serious fps problems when I play games like Rainbow Six Siege and Fortnite. Specifically in Fortnite, the FPS drops are sometimes very significant and noticeable when I get into build fights or turn quickly.

My GPU on MSI Afterburner has core clock +100 MHz and memory clock +300 MHz.

Image settings on NVIDIA emphasize performance rather than quality.

Unfortunately, I don't have much knowledge about PC's, so any help that you can provide would be appreciated.

Your SSD isn't performing well at all. Are you sure you have it hooked up correctly? It should take a SATA cable from the motherboard and a SATA power connector from the PSU.
