Hello!
Before I start, I would like to say that I am new to the forums! Hopefully I wrote this on the right section.

I am building a gaming PC that could run Counter Strike: Global Offensive on more than 120 FPS for the smoothness, but as well as the confidence. I've currently used this 2011 PC until now and I feel the need of upgrade.

These are the specs/things I am thinking to get:

Intel® Core™ i3-7100 Processor (3M Cache, 3.90 GHz)

Brand: Deep Cool Model: NEPTWIN V2

2x - Team Vulcan DDR3 2400MHz 4GB

HDD 3.5 7200rpm SATA III

Corsair VS450 450W

MSI H110 PRO VD PLUS SOCKET: 1151 I 6th &7th Generation

ASUS ROG STRIX-GTX 1050Ti 4GB

SAHARA GF8

Would there be any parts that may help get better performance in games with a similar price?

Note: Please do not ask for what my budget is because I believe that the price for the parts in my current location/country is very overpriced and I am aware.

Solution
I recommend you to replace the i3 7100 with Pentium G4560, It has same amount of cores and slightly (5% to 10%) lower performance. But you can afford it at half the price of the i3.

For RAM, If you use DDR3 based motherboard, make sure you get DDR3L memory module. If you use standard DDR3 (3.5v) it will shorten the lifespan of your CPU MCH which is designed for DDR3L (1.35v). Get DDR4 motherboard instead and buy DDR4 memory. DDR3L and DDR4 almost cost same also DDR3L is slower and more expensive than standard DDR3.

For another part, I think you're good to go :)

BTW, it would be nice if you give us your budget information. So, we can recommend it to suit your need perfectly.

Solution
ok a 100 series motherboard 9 times out of 10 is going to require a bios update when using a 7th gen cpu . to do this you require a 6th gen cpu . the only way to rule out this problem is to use a 200 series motherboard such as the b250 and you will also require DDR4 RAM.

ok,
cpu - go for g4560 and drop the cooler
mobo - msi b250 pro VDH or asrock b250 pro4. basically a 4 ram slot one.
ram - go for 2x4gb ddr4 2400 rams
gpu - is that the cheapest 4gb 1050ti? go for the cheapest. not much difference imo. its not a hot running or power hungry card.
PSU - DONT GET THAT CORSAIR VS go for a corsair cxm450 or seasonic s12 430 or antec vp450p
case - dunno that case. make sure to check the reviews for ample cable management space and room for other parts. build quality like flimsy panels n such. try for a mid atx case.
