Recently I've upgraded my GPU to an RX 570 from a GTX 950, and my PC has lost a significant amount of performance in games. I tried using a different motherboard and even set of different ram but the problem still persists.
For example in Overwatch my CPU usage goes to 100% while my GPU usage stays at a low 20% getting 90 frames on low settings 1080p 75% render scale. But when I tried playing Apex Legends my GPU goes to 100% and my CPU stays at around 30%-40% and I get around 140 to 90 frames with all settings on low. I've tried re-installing drivers and uninstalling NVIDIA drivers, even re-installing windows entirely but nothing seems to work. I also put in a GTX 1050 into the same rig and got similar results so I know it's not my RX 570 that's broken.
Anyone think they can help?
