[SOLVED] Poor Performance In Games With New GPU

Recently I've upgraded my GPU to an RX 570 from a GTX 950, and my PC has lost a significant amount of performance in games. I tried using a different motherboard and even set of different ram but the problem still persists.

For example in Overwatch my CPU usage goes to 100% while my GPU usage stays at a low 20% getting 90 frames on low settings 1080p 75% render scale. But when I tried playing Apex Legends my GPU goes to 100% and my CPU stays at around 30%-40% and I get around 140 to 90 frames with all settings on low. I've tried re-installing drivers and uninstalling NVIDIA drivers, even re-installing windows entirely but nothing seems to work. I also put in a GTX 1050 into the same rig and got similar results so I know it's not my RX 570 that's broken.

Anyone think they can help?

Solution
A GTX 950 compared to a RX 570 is a HUGE DOWNGRADE! The RX570 is way more powerful then the GTX 950. Even the GTX 1050 performs worse then the RX 570. So its no wonder that you get worse fps with the 950/1050 then with the rx 570.

About your GPU and CPU Usage. Some games depend more on CPU power and therefor put more load onto the GPU or the CPU. You will probably never have a game that will have a 1:1 Load on both CPU and GPU. It all comes down how good the games are programed from the developer.
