Okay so your processor is in the toilet comparatively

Most likely causes

1) you didn't do a complete wipe and fresh install of Windows when you got that motherboard

2) the process is overheating under load during the test

3)of you've overclocked your processor either it's not stable, or the vrms on your motherboard can't take the overclock

4) turbo boost is turned off or not working

Rerun the benchmark with cpuz open and see how warm the cpu gets, how fast it runs when the cpu tasks are taking place

Or if you reused a windows install wipe it and reinstall before anything else (if you need help with this task https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.tomshardware.com/news/how-to-do-clean-installation-windows-10,36160.html will guide you

Thank you for answering me. it is already formatted three times and the problem continues ... it deactivates the turbo core and remains the same ... the maximum temperatures are 75th with the CPU

I have updated the bios and continues the same ... I do not know where the problem comes from, I tell you that I have a led TV as a computer monitor by hdmi, will that be the fault?
