Question Poor performance on cpu heavy games with an i5 11400f, whys that?

hey guys, over the last week i've upgraded my gpu from a gtx 1050 ti to a rtx 4060, ended up with rtx 4060 MSI, i5 11400f, 2x16gb 3200mhz, b560m A PRO MSI, PSU mag a650 MSI.

Ive been experiencing low fps on some games, such as elden ring running at 45 fps low settings at 1080p, and cs2 running at 90fps dropping to 60s low and high settings at 1080p, btw in games like Black myth wukong i run at 60 70 very high settings and 100 dlss 3 +fg.

any ideas? thx guys

I would check temps, and make sure XMP is enabled for your ram. Use DDU to wipe your graphics drivers and install the latest from Nvidia.

temps are okay, 60 - 70 both gpu and cpu, xmp enabled and latest drivers installed, im sorry i shouldve wrote that in the first text

Those games are cpu heavy.
Upgrading graphics would not do much in that situation.
