Question Poor results on Heaven Benchmark

My GPU is getting a really low score on the Heaven Benchmark. GPU: MSI Rx 480 8gb. People who have the same card as me, score much higher points than me. I did the benchmark on Extreme settings.

mt: asus rog strix x370-f gaming
PSU: be quiet 600w semi modular
ssd: samsung evo 850 500gb
hdd: 1tb

gpu temp was avg 70C
cpu temp and usage low

Is it normal that my GPU usage only uses 3d? Video encode and decode is always 0.
