hello

almost 3 weeks trying to solve this issue, every time pc boot I hear loud pop even when increasing or lowering I get the popping sound and of course everything thing sounds very low before it was fine problem came after upgrading my system TOMAHAWK and amd R5 cpu.

Problem Exits on headphone and speakers and both of then run fine on my brother pc

What Ive tried
-clean format 3 times
-windows 10 pro and home
-up to date drivers from msi
-deleting and re installing realtek drivers many times from msi website
-hyperx 3.5mm to usb came with my brother hyperx Headphone, I dont know if its real amp or just 3.5mm to usb anyway
I still get popping&crackling but Audio seems to be loud as it should be with this adapter.

I saw my problem on other motherboard brands here is a video

my thought is I dont think anyone can solve this problem Because of hardware failure I think ... the question is a real usb amp
like Sound BlasterX G5 or any pci sound card will fix the problem??

Solution
I've solved the problem thank you so much for the help

here is the fix:

my system is
Amd R5 3600X
Asus Strix B450
Memery is 3600mhz

the fix firstly went to XMP and set my Memery to 3600mhz ( set it to what your memory rated to). saved and Exit then re entered the Bios and Changed Memry FCLK to 1833 dont change anything else. and problem solved :giggle:!

note I changed mine to 1833 because mine is rated to 1800 basically (3600/2=1800) so all Ive done is slight increase and dont touch anything else

Welcome to the forums :D

test the hardware in a new environment
Boot to a USB drive with linux on it. grab a USB drive, a copy of rufus and a linux distribution.
http://distrowatch.com/ has tons of differing linux distributions and download links. I personally am fond of linux mint with cinnamon.
https://rufus.ie/ the utility used to extract the ISO file to the USB drive.

use rufus to extract the selected ISO to the thumb drive. it will make the drive bootable and you can run linux from the drive once done.
Reboot into linux and proceed to test the hardware. connect to internet, watch videos, await problems.
if linux is good and stable the issue is most likely inside windows or otherwise software related.
this is a test of the hardware.

if updated and new drivers are not working, have you tried previous releases?
