I just don't get why this port can't be forwarded.
I'm trying to portforward for a Minecraft Server by the way.

When using a port check tool, you need to use your actual public (external) IP address. The 192.168.0.6 is a private IP address that is only visible inside your network. You can just select "Use current IP" on the port check web page, or use a site like https://www.ipchicken.com/ to display your public IP address.

You should also make sure that public IP address matches the IP address assigned to the WAN side of your router. It may be on the "Status" page of your router

they dont match no

Since you are using service from a mobile data provider, it's possible that your router is being assigned a private IP address. If the WAN address begins with 10, 192 or 172, then you are likely not assigned a public IP, and will not be able to forward ports.

You may be able to ask your Internet provider for assistance in getting a public IP address or for some other resolution, but unfortunately there may be an additional fee for that service.

no, no. ip chicking tells me my ip is 46.***.128.**, but the router says the WAN ip is 100.**.18.***

The IP address range of 100.64.0.0 –100.127.255.255 are also private IP addresses used by ISPs when employing carrier-grade NAT, which still presents the same problem in not being able to forward ports.

Unfortunately, a different router won't work. The issue can only be resolved on your provider's side.
