Port forwarding isn't working as expected

Hello I'm having trouble port forwarding.

I'm trying to open port 11155 UDP for a p2p gaming vpn called Tunngle.

Cable Modem: scientific atlanta 2100
Router: belkin F5D7234-4 v5 (01)

when I connect to the modem directly via Ethernet the app works fine

when I try to port forward the wireless router, the port stays closed and i cant use the app!

Do you have the right IP address for the port forwarding? Is the IP address on the computer set to static or DHCP? Did you check the windows firewall and allow that port. I also found this http://www.tunngle.net/wiki/Port_Forward that might help as well.

The IP is DCHP, and yes firewall is completely disabled.

I think so.

On the computer you are trying to forward the ports run ipconfig /all in the command prompt, and post it here.
