I have a more or less old PC but last year I bought a more modern and better PC but I returned it because it did not improve its performance. I now have an nvidia 980ti, intel core i7 6700k 400ghz, 16gb ram. but as I say, the same thing happens to me on my mobile as on my PC and on another laptop that I also have

Then THAT rules out your router. Your router is not part of the cellular network.

I misunderstood you, I wanted to say that playing with the connection through Wi-Fi, mobile phone data and Ethernet, they all work the same.

Since you are using Google translation, did you keep using this ZTE wifi router even if you were moving around?

The zte router that I am using now is the one that was installed a couple of days ago, the one I used before was another one with another isp called Movistar

So you have different router on different ISP, with mobile phone and pc using wifi or ethernet and have same bad experience? The only possibility is bad network in your country?

I don't know...but it's something very strange. It works so badly that it is even frustrating, there are times where the performance is a little better but gets worse very quickly. Well thank you very much for your help

What I mean by this is that maybe I'm still on the cg-nat and the ports won't open, because with a cg-nat you can't use a vpn

Are you sure you are behind a CG-NAT? I'm not sure CG-NAT really affect game playing.

Do a traceroute to the server. Before and after turning on the VPN.

The only type of vpn you can't really use behind nat is the older IPSEC. Almost all vpn you buy use either openvpn or wireguard. Both are designed to pass through nat. In addition they can actually pass through many firewalls, you can set them to use port 443 for example so it appears as HTTPS traffic.

You might have installed the vpn wrong. If you can surf the internet then the vpn works. Be sure to check that the IP you get from whatsmyip is different than the one you see when the vpn is not active.

Although a game company could block vpn usage...like netflix does...most allow it and some actually encourage the ones similar to wftfast or exitlag.
