Question Port Forwarding on Netis WF2411I

2 days ago I was playing minecraft with my friends on my port forwarded server with no problems, but today when I've tried to start the server my friends couldn't not join, when I checked if the ports are open it says they are closed and my firewall is off, i have no antivirus, I have spent more than 4 hours to try and fix that but I really don't know how to do that.

I wanted to play minecraft with a lot of friends because I got a PC that could hold a big server, and I forwarded the ports, started the server, everything was fine but after 2 days my public ip went static and since then no port is working.
