I've been trying to port forward on this Zyxel router for quite a while. No matter what IP I set as my server it will not recognize the port as open for my friends to join my Minecraft server. I'm using a wireless bridge to connect from my PC -> Bridge -> Router.

The port forwarding screen looks as so:
(NOTE: the .137 address is my PC's and the .5 address is what's listed on the bridge.)

I also have a ss of my WAN address, as I read this was important elsewhere online:

And finally, a ss of my ipconfig /all listing:

Any help would be wonderful, have a good one!!

You won't be able to port forward. Your WAN IP address is what is known as a "Carrier NAT" address. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carrier-grade_NAT
There is a router with NAT between you and a public IP address. You will not be able to port forward because you don't have a public IP address.
You can change ISPs, ask your ISP if a public IP address is available or can be purchased or maybe setup a VPN to somewhere that you can port forward.

Any recommendations for a solid VPN for port forwarding?
