Question Port Forwarding

I'm trying to forward my ports to open my NAT type here in Germany. i'm super new to this and just can't figure it put, google said try asking here. So my settings are through Speedport .ip and i need to port forward using
TCP:3074,27014-27050
UPD:3478,4379-4380,27000-27031,27036

I can't figure out how i am supposed to put these into their boxes and would i need to reset my router or computer to make the changes

It'd be more helpful to specify what router you're using. It looks like you're redirecting ports, that's not how you port forward. Please refer to your manual on how to port forward, not redirect.
