port still locked

I opened a port but it's locked, verified via portchecker, what's the problem? Obviously IP is correct.

What is your router?

What is your settings?

Do you have a router and a modem/router from your ISP (or 2 routers)? If you have multiple routers then the port forwarding has to be configured on all points between your PC and the internet. (If this is the problem it would be best to disable the router portion altogether).

If your ISP is blocking that port, you can't do anything to change that.

Can you give us a little more detail about "I opened a port"? Can we assume that you have a program running on your computer that is listening on that port and that you have forwarded the port on the router to that computer?

My router is provided by my ISP (Alice Telecom Italia), I tried to open the dedicated minecraft server port (25565 TCP/UDP) but it remains locked, I tried also another random port, same result

Are you actually running the minecraft server on your computer when you test if the port is open? If not it will show as closed.

If the minecraft server is running and you have forwarded the port on the router then the most likely explanation is that your ISP is blocking incoming traffic on that port.

The day before yesterday it worked!

Well, that is new information that would have been useful from the start.

If it was running OK two days ago but is not now then either (i) you have changed something in your setup or (ii) your ISP has blocked the port since then. If you are sure that (i) is not the case then it may be worth discussing this with your ISP to see if they have changed anything.
