Portable Hard Drive Failed?

So I have a Windows 10 computer that acts as a server and is always on, and last night, it decided to restart overnight while I was sleeping and update. I looked at it, and one of my portable hard drives (My Book) isn't loading. I ran the Seagate Hard Drive Test, and it showed Short DST failed. It shows up under My PC but it isn't loading. It didn't call and it was where it was since last night so I have no idea how it happened. I use it for backups and plex cache.

Solution
Hard drives fail all the time, often with zero warning and no obvious external cause. If you don't need the data, it's probably best to just replace it and move on. If you do need the data, you'd probably be best off considering professional service. WD My Book externals use hardware level encryption, so amateur attempts at recovery often wreak havoc on the data.
