I am sorry if I posted it on wrong forum but I can't find any about cases. Please move the tpoic to appropriate forum if possible.

The future PC's purpose will be high-end gaming (for most games, I'd like to reach the highest graphics settings possible), 3D game development (probably using existing gamr engines like UE4) and 3D animations. (If adding a new GPU for it is required do tell me, the price is not an option here) I am really sure that it can handle programming, music making and 2D graphics-related jobs.
But since I travel frequently and I prefer desktop compoments over laptop ones as well as make it as portable as possible, I wanted a case that have a BUILT-IN FULL HD (1920 x 1080) monitor inserted into it (similar to all-in-one). A topic on Tom's Hardware (if I remember correctly) introduced me Protocase which they can make custom PC case for you but I am not sure if they have an option for including monitor.
The monitor MUST be between 17" - 20" (and yet I couldn't find any "naked" LED monitors slim enough, thought as you can see in the list, I decide to include Able-HD 15" portable monitor (since 17" monitors has been sold out)) and by the required size range I am sure that it can at least fit ATX motherboard.
Also, it also MUST can fit all the components and yet still can be as slim as possible (i.e. a tower case with a monitor at the side). I don't know if there are any but I'd like to request for customized bag that can hold the PC as well as the other accessories (keyboard, mouse, headset etc.) and can hold the weight of the PC without risking the bag tearing up. (something like: (the weight of the PC / 2) * 3))
