Hey guys,
I just started at a company in their Networking team, and I am tasked to find out the RAID type of some older servers. They have a couple failed drives, but we need to know their RAID type to see if they are hot swappable. The trouble is finding this information out without booting into the BIOS, as we need to keep these servers up for company business.
Does anyone know of a portable software option that I could load onto a USB, and run on the server to check RAID type? They are running various versions of Windows Server (2008, 2012, etc.). Perferably, I would be looking for an option that would not require me to install any software on the server itself.
EDIT: I forgot to mention that these are on various gens of HP D380's
