[SOLVED] Portege R30A-134 keyboard replacement

Hello all,

I have a toshiba portege r30a-134 with a disfonctionnal keyboard.
I have bought the new keyboard, but i can't find an easy solution to replace it, there is no visible way to do it.
There is no hole for screws on the new keyboard. Perhaps on the old one? I can't find it... I remove the back of the laptop but stopped the disassembly to the mainboard.
So i wonder if i must remove the old keyboard from above or from beneath (i saw a video of a guy who is pulling out his keyboard from above, but it's pretty dirty...)
Someone has an experience with that?
Or how to contact Toshiba (Foxconn now) for a support, even by email?

Are u sure it's the same method? As this video is about a Z30?
