Ports won't open on my main pc but works on my laptop

Im trying to open some ports, for some game servers like port 25565 and some other ones

I know how to open the ports, i have hosted servers before with no problems, but recently i can't get ports to open for some reason, when i open a port on my router and try to start the server it doesn't let people connect to it, i can do it locally

the weird thing is if i try to open the ports to my Windows 10 pc it doesn't work but if i do it for my Windows 7 laptop it works instantly

i have manually opened the port in the windows 10 firewall, i have no other firewall/net protection programs installed, i have reset my router, recently completely reinstalled my Windows 10 pc and i have tried to call me ISP why wont help as portforwarding is not their problem, if i check the ports with something like nmap it says the ports are filtered but ports open to my windows 7 pc are open

you need to configure the router to forward the port to the server (and the server has the static ip address, yes?)

Yes forexesample the router is configured to open port 25565 to 192.168.0.19 (which is my Win10 pc/serverhost) and it has a static ip as 192.168.0.19, the port is not open to my pc

if i set the port 25565 to open to 192.168.0.21 (which is my Win7 laptop) and then try to host something on the laptop it works instantly

Did you also configured that on w10 firewall, if you're using it.

Yep, tried adding the ports to the win10 firewall and the servers .exe's

how about try to disable w10 firewall to see if it works, if so which mean you might misconfigured it.

yes again, i did try that, it didnt work
