Ports Won't Open.

Hi guys.
I have a Netgear DGND3700 on the latest firmware. I've recently had trouble playing games and not being able to because certain ports weren't open. I have UPnP enabled and i have a static ip. I tried opening the ports that the games require but still fails. i even used a port checking program. I was wondering if it was my PC or the NetGear.

Did you make a point of allowing them through your software firewall?
Your router isn't the only thing that can cause connection issues
