Positive and negative front panel

I dont get it. Does positive go upside down or up or does negative go upside down or up?
Guys have any tricks to tell me which side negative and positive go? (yes i know what positive and negative wires are)

I know which is negative and positive but which way does positive and negative go?
Like does it go up or down from the words?

Thank you! The motherboard is -Asrock FM2A58M-VG3+ R2.0- And i know where to plug the wires in but do i turn it upside down or leave it as it is?

It shouldn't really matter when your connecting the positive wire(+) to the positive port(+).Just don't put negative in positive.Let me know if that works
