My pc has had a slew of issues form the moment I built it over a year ago. Form the vega 56 dying a week after installation to having to constantly rma parts for troubleshooting, it's hard to feel like I've just got bad luck. Now, after 2 cpu replacements in a week (dead 2600 -> 3000g -> now 3200g) I am still having the same problems. After installing the 3000g, my frequent kernel 41 errors appeared to cease. Due to my main chip being dead and me in the process of getting a replacement, i decided to switch the 3000g for a 32000g, so I could have a usable gaming experience while I wait. Now, the kernel 41s have returned. I've replaced literally every part of my rig, except for the psu, which I have a replacement for on the way. When the pc shuts off, which is at seemingly random times, my psu clicks, in the same way it does when it is powered on. With the 3000g, I had no kernel errors. My gpu runs extremely hot (90°c on junction, vrm and memory, 75-85°c on edge). Is my psu killing components? Motherboard? I just dont know and it is so frustrating to have my parents make fun of the fact that I cant keep a pc running for more than a few weeks. Specs are down below.

(Old) R5 2600 / (Old) Athlon 3000g / (Current)R3 3200g
Red devil 5700xt
Gigabyte aorus x470 gaming 5 wifi
Coolermaster ml240l
Corsair 2x8gb ddr4-3000 vengeance pro rgb
Xpg sx6000 pro 1Tb nvme ssd
Coolermaster MWE 650 gold
Phanteks p300

It could be the PSU problem, but check for other problem leading details, much as the Motherboard ones, maybe its VRMs being bad? Did you fresh install your windows? cause if you changed your cpu you should clean install windows again, cause new cpu new code, need a fresh start for a better compability :D

Also, whenever the pc crashes, it wont boot for 15-20 mins. When I try to get it to start, it powers on, then the cpu error light flicks on for a half second, then the pc crashes. Happened with the 2600, too. Might be a board issue, as it seems like the chips I put in go bad after a few days.

so ive figured out that if i unplug the 5700xt's supplementary power and run off of the 3200g's igpu, i have no crashing. Does this mean the card is faulty, or the psu?
I have seen much threads with your problem, maybe its a bug from AMD? try to get support from them at their websites. But mostly it is hardware faulty, either your motherboard, cpu, gpu, or the pcie slot, or it might be the driver fault (Uninstall with DDU, fresh install windows for a better work on, then install all)

Have you updated the 5700xt drivers? Amd recently released a new revision to try and fix constant crashes.

Yes, it's entirely possible for a psu to present the issues you describe. All it takes is for the 3.3v rail to be bunk as that rail powers the logic circuitry on the mobo.

I tested the psu with a multimeter, no issues. I have had the pc crash zero times in the ~past 6 hours. Definitely a card issue. Going to test with a new power supply when my sfx psu comes in on wednesday, maybe faulty cables. Submitted an rma ticket for the gpu, just in case it is hardware related. Will update.

After a crash during use, the pc will not boot, but rather attempt to do so for about 10 seconds, after which the cpu error led will flick on for a fraction of a second, then the psu clicks and the mobo and ram lights stay on, but the pc stays in an off state. Only able to reset it by turning the power supply off, then on. See video below.
