possible bottlenecking of system

im planning on crossfiring the r9 280x. if i do so, will it bottleneck my cpu? do i need to change psu as well if going cfx?

this are my specs.

z68xp-ud3 mobo
i5 2500k OCed at 4.5Ghz
h100i
8 gb ram
r9 280x vapor-x
fsp epsilon 800 watts psu

sapphire suggests 1000w for crossfire so 800w would be really stretching it
