[SOLVED] Possible broken cpu socket? Gigabyte B85M-HD3

Hello,

I'm currently upgrading to a new rig, therefore I'm in the process selling my old parts.

When I removed the CPU (i7 4790) off the mainboard (Gigabyte B85M-HD3), I immediately noticed that some lands in the middle of the socket are missing.

Now, the question is, if this is normal because that really seems suspicious to me. In case the socket is actually broken, how much money could I still possibly get from it?
