I was having driver issues so I tried getting help online and was told to look up verifier in the windows search bar press create standard settings and then select verify all drivers installed on this computer and then I restarted. After this my computer would constantly crash on startup with error DRIVER VERIFIER DETECTED VIOLATION. I couldn’t start and resetting bios didn’t help so i factory reset my computer choosing to keep personal files. After resetting windows to factory defaults with personal data my computer continued to crash randomly every about 20 mins with error CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT. I decided I should try restarting everything so I pulled out all the other HDDS and left only the boot ssd and factory restored it. The problem persisted and I have no idea what to do. An added note is before this issue I tried over clocking the CPU in the bios but the computer wouldn’t start so I reset bios and it worked fine up until I verified the drivers. A problem my computer has always had was when I tried changing something in the BIOS it would not restart and always needed to be set back to default. Before it would start if I did not do this it would just freeze while starting up after BIOS screen.

Solution
I'd run a memtest86 test from a flash drive as this sounds more like it could be a memory issue than a CPU related issue. As far as overclocking goes unless the system boots successfully with the new settings damage is unlikely to have happened at all.

Is it possible the overclock attempt broke the CPU or something? And if not what could cause this and how do I fix this. Thanks for help. Something I forgot to add was that the CPU MB and ram were all purchased a week ago so it’s possible something was just defective.
