Possible dead card?

I was playing Overwatch fine this morning, went to get coffee and my screen is all black. When I rebooted, it displays some artifacts and then reboots in a continuous loop. If I boot into safe mode, I am able to see the display, log in, etc... My drivers are all updated.

I swapped out my card for an older video card and was able to boot / log in successfully.

Is my card dead? Is there some test I can perform to confirm?

That looks like 3D processor is dead since it doesn't work with drivers but works in safe mode. Only way is to try it in another computer.
