I have a two GPU and six monitor system installed. The GPUs are GTX 3070 and GTX 4060 Ti

Ports on the 3050 : DP, DVI, HDMI
Ports on the 4060 - 3 DP, HDMI

The 4060 ports work all correctly but the screens connected to the DVI and HDMI of the 3050 don't turn on.

What could be the problem? Can ports individually get damaged?

Might want to pass on the make and model of the GPU you have. I mention this due tot he fact that Nvidia did away with DVI ports since the RTX2000 series and the RTX 3070 should be like so;
regardless of what AIB card you looked at.

If I follow correctly, the Nvidial Control Panel should show six monitors (not just the four being shown).

Two Dells, one "Ben", one "D".....

What are the other two monitors?

The two "missing" monitors being connected to the RTX 3050's DVI and HDMI ports - correct?

I am wondering about the Surround,PhysX settings...

What other choices (if any) appear for Surround Configuration and PhysX > Processor?

What Display Adapters and Monitors are listed in Device Manager?

What is your motherboard (brand an model)? What happen if you unplug all the monitors connected to the other card? Did you try to connect just one monitor to the 3050 (with nothing connected to the other card)? Or remove the 4060 and move the 3050 to the top pcie slot? My point with this is to make sure the 3050 is working by itself (your problem could be a lack of support for dual GPU on your mobo).
