It looks decent, I'd cut down on the RAM and then invest in getting some more overclocking components. I'd also ditch the junk card reader.

i will ditch the card reader but im not sure on over clocking as im relativity new to Gaming PCs as such so i don't even know how to over clock

It's not that hard really and most motherboards will do it for you anymore if you have the right cooling setup. But still if you post your budget that would help.

Oh now that changes things. You can definitely get a much higher end PC than that. And for RAM you definitely need two sticks to get the most from a dual channel system, a single one just won't cut it. Check something like this out:
