possible input lag

Is there a way to test if i have input lag with my mouse? i kind of notice my aim with the slightest things is off completely. For example closing tabs or just navigating around windows and games in general, its not that bad, but if im missing the X on chrome and miss clicking it like 4 times then finally clicking it, thats kind of concerning to me considering i dont remember being THAT bad at clicking stuff. in games it feels a bit better but my brain is constantly telling me thats not it.But they may be possibly some reasons why. First off my PC got unplugged a few days ago maybe thats the cause, also i have just gotten a new sensitivity for my mouse and also been playing a flat wooden desk. But even still i feel a delay and its bugging my brain. Any recommendations?.

Yes. Same problem here also. Input lag, delay. Mouse sensitivity problems. Inaccurate mouse movement on Windows. Affects especially FPS games.
