So my setup includes:

AM4 x570 Motherboard,
Ryzen 9 3900x,
240gb Samsung SSD(windows is on this drive),
1tb harddrive,
vengeance RGB pro 8gb ram, (only 8GB at the moment because im troubleshooting),
and a 750watt power supply.

I am extremely confused, so when i boot with the 750ti it does work, it boots normally but when i plug in my 2060 super it does not boot and the 3rd light like from the top comes on definitely and i assume this is the "VGA" light but is across from the "Boot" text but like i said its the third light from the top or the second from the bottom...

please if someone could tell me whats going on or link me to an appropriate webpage on here so i can find my answer it would mean the absolute world to me...
Thank you for your time.

Does the following link show your GPU?

https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/graphics-cards/rtx-2060-super/

In any case, the key is find the applicable User Guide/Manual for the GPU and determine what that 3rd light is for and what it may indicate by being on or off or some color change.

Discovered the following webpage:

https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/list/st/5/kw/manuals/page/1

"Product Manuals" are the second item down but that webpage just leads to more driver/software focused pages to dig through.

Hopefully with the GPU in hand plus model number and serial number you will be able to track down the applicable manual.

yeah im alittle slow, my user guide states that its the VGA light and i have tried the basics, resetting the cmos, only booting with my boot device plugged it still can not get past that error LED and i have just tried a brand new power supply so i am quite stumped...
