Possible PSU Problems with Audio?

Hi.
My audio has been distorted and very screechy, I play on my 32 in TV. I've tried everything, I can't think of a setting that it could be, I even reinstalled Windows, redownloaded drivers and such and nothing. I even RMA'd my gpu which is a Gigabyte GTX 770. I then tried my friends Asus GTX 660ti and it gave me audio problems also. My old GT 630 card works fine though, which leads me to believe that the PSU is the problem because the higher end cards have to be plugged by the PCIE cord while my GT 630 doesn't and it works fine.
This problem has plauged me for a week now, so I need help, I'm so frustrated. And I've tried different HDMI cords, different slot on my tv, reseated the gpu several times.

Could it be the Power Supply?
I have a Raidmax RX 1000AE, I got it on sale back in April.

The board is brand new, it's an Asus Z97 AR. It seems like it's only cards that I have to plug in with a PCIE cable. Video output is great, it's just the distored audio. Even when I use a headset, the audio is perfect, except when a headset is unplugged and it's coming from a tv it's bad.
