[SOLVED] Possible to Access the BIOS from within Windows 7

i saw a video the other day on YouTube where a guy was talking about Ventoy. He needed to change the Boot sequence and he pulled up his BIOS while in Windows. NOW... How does one pull up there BIOS from within Windows?? Windows 7 ultimate in my case... i know, i haven't upgraded yet... I'm planning on it.. just haven't got to it yet.

Some motherboard manufacturers have windows app for changing BIOS settings.
MSI has such app - called "Click BIOS".
