Possible to hook up 2 hd devices to one port on graphics card

Hello I am wondering if it is possible to hook up my ps3 and my monitors hdmi cords to one port on my graphics card I looked at a splitter and it said it would just put the same picture on both screens?

You cant connect your PS3 to your graphics card.

Your graphics card is an output, and the ps3 is an output.

What is your end goal, what are you trying to see on what screen(s)

That was probably the stupidest moment of my life I'm sorry haha no clue what I was thinking I just wanted to view my ps3 on my monitor thus I would need to HDMI inputs on the monitor whoops
