Question Possible to push my GPU harder in lower-end games

I was wondering if it is possible to push my GPU usage on lower-end games, such as Minecraft. I notice that is only has around 30-50% usage.
My GPU is a msi ventus gtx 1660

If its only at 30-50% utilization, that means your CPU can't keep up. That would have to be upgraded to reach your GPUs maximum potential.

I forgot to include that my CPU (ryzen 5 2600) has around the same usage.

I usually get around 300 fps, but I've seen benchmarks with almost identical specs with people getting 1000 fps. I'm also running on the same settings.

Yup, This is called Bottlenecking

If I recall correctly, Minecraft only utilizes 1 core, so it's maximum output is limited by your single core performance. This would explain the underutilization of your cpu and your gpu. Not sure why similar specced people are getting that many more frames, but could be lots of things. They could be using different drivers, modified versions of minecraft, etc. Even if the hardware is the same, software remains a huge variable.
