Hello,
This PC is mainly now used for photo editing. Used to do a little light gaming but to be honest I found it rather limiting. I have an Occulus and would absolutely love to be able to use it to play games via the PC - but when attempting it was stuttering far too much. Any recommendations?
Many thanks!

Edit! Located in the UK and hopefully able to obtain some improvements for under £300.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

I would look into a platform change/upgrade, but the first things that you could change in your build can be the GPU and a better quality, higher end PSU. You forgot to mention where you're located, what your budget for an upgrade is and what your preferred site for purchase is. Please include them.

A new graphics card would be beneficial for VR, and possibly for your photo editing. This RTX 2060 is quite the deal. If you can find a good deal, on an Evga RTX 2060 KO, that would be even better, for editing purposes. This is assuming your software is capable of Cuda acceleration. Your PSU is ok enough for this level of GPU.
