Possible windows key problem

I'll try to describe this, hope the explanation will be good, so i have a problem, a recent one, probably an auto clicking on windows key or alt+tab, when i'm in a game, it's like an auto click to the windows key, game goes to the taskbar, i go back in the game, and after 10-15 seconds it happens the same. Same on google too, with the bar where the tabs are, one time it's blue (it's like clicking once on taskbar), then when i press inside, it's grey, all normal, then it repeats after few seconds
Even when i write, after few seconds it's interrupted.
What is this problem and how can i fix it?

Try unplugging the keyboard and then uninstall keyboard driver via device manager and then reconnect keyboard. Windows will auto reinstall the driver and see if the issue persists.

Or alternatively try another keyboard if the issue persists, and II'm afraid my suggestions end here.

Tried that already. I know i don't have viruses, and nothing wrong with task manager suspicious programs. But i do must give another info, i do use an auto-clicker, it didn't happened this 3 days ago, it started recently, when i have the auto-clicker on it does like this, even if the auto-clicker (i tried like 3 different ones, same thing) is not on, i mean, it's running, but the auto-clicking process it's off, only then it behaves like this.
