Possibly dead mobo?

So i just finished my ryzen build and everything was fine, i got windows and all the drivers installed. But i decided to open up the pc and reconfigure the fan headers and forgot that the psu was still on (pc wasnt on only psu switch with cable attached) and now the pc wont turn on at all. Is it possible that i destroyes the mobo by this stupid mistake? I've tried the psu on another computer and it works fine. Yes I've even tried another PSU on this broken ryzen pc without any luck. There are 0 lights nor any fans spinning. No beep sound either.

Have you tested with only CPU and CPU fan installed, both 24 and 8 pin power cables connected, no other components, wires fans?

Yes ive tried it. Ive also tried breadboarding without much luck either. What are the chances that the mobo died?

Very high, it seems. If starting the board by shorting the 2 power pins did not work either, then I'd RMA the board.

Yeah i was going to do that as my last resort. Starting by using the 2 pins doesnt work either. Do u think that any component could have gotten damaged? i know for sure that the psu gpu ssd and hdd survived. I havent been able to check the ram or cpu due to previously only owning an older intel ddr3 platform.
