[SOLVED] Possibly low FPS/ Micro stuttering on PUBG

ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 2080 SUPER ADVANCED
8GB x 2 (16GB total) RAM G.skill Trident RGB 3200mhz
Noctua NH-D15s Air Cooler
PSU Corsair HX-750
240 GB WD GREEN SATA SSD
1 TB SEAGATE FIRECCUDA

So i just got a asus rtx 2080 super advanced and decided to play pubg on it with everything set to ultra at 1440p.
I get a lot of stuttering idk for what reason
Whenever I aim down the sights it kind of skips and isnt a smooth transition.
The FPS is usually around 90ish
Is this normal?
Every benchmark I see with the same setup shows an fps of 120+ 🙁

use ddu uninstaller to remove all previously installed GPU drivers
reinstall the nvidia.com driver

install AMD drivers for chipset

check temperatures of CPU and GPU

run 3dmark basic edition , click on compare result online after that and post the address from your upcoming browser

the system seems to be ok, maybe a driver issue

use ddu uninstaller to remove all graphics drivers and reinstall the latest driver again

did you alter some settings in the nvidia driver/geforce experience? Use default settings
