Post beep. 1 long beep and 2 shorts beeps. No display and USB not working

One day I turned off my PC at night. Next morning when my PC booted it made 3 beeps(1 long followed by 2 short) continuously. It is not the motherboard as I just bought a new one a couple of days ago and I tried my old motherboard but made the same beeps.

Gtx1060
Asus prime B250m-A
1x 8gb ddr4 crucial Ram
EVGA 500W Bronze power supply

It isn't recognising the memory accoring to this Asus site https://www.asus.com/uk/support/faq/1029959/

As you have only one stick, RMA it to the seller unless removing and reseating it solves the problem.

In which DIMM slot did you install the stick? (A1, A2, B1, B2)

Be sure it´s still connetced tightly

I tried installing in all slots and different direction. Didn't seem to hear a click though even though I had pressed quite hard and was in as much as possible

did you have a look at the CPU socket of the motherboard yet? Any bent pins there?
