Question Post code 70 error on x99 motherboard

Hi,
I was turning on my computer to work and suddenly it wouldn't boot, the motherboard post code stopped at 70.
The problem is that it's an unofficial motherboard, motherboard has no specific model and manufacturer
My PC specs:
CPU: Dual Xeon E5 2676v3
GPU: RTX 2060
RAM: 96GB DDR3 1600
STORAGE: WDC SN720 512GB

replace the cmos battery

run a minimum setup, remove all but cpu, motherboard, cooler, one ram stick, PSU
