POST code "AE" error - Asus Maximus VI Extreme

Hello all. I just installed the drives into my new build and I got a POST code error "AE". AE = "Legacy Boot Event" according to the manual. What on earth is a legacy boot event? BIOS recognizes the drives (see picture). I'm guessing It's due to the fact that there is no OS installed, but I honestly have no idea. Anybody have any insights on this type of error? Thanks in advance.

Yep, that's normally it, try with a OS CD/DVD in the CD drive

Thanks.... again. I'm gonna pick up Windows 8.1 tomorrow and give it a try.
