POST issues. Speaker long repeated beeps

I been building PCs for a while now and haven't came across this before. this im my first time building with the AM3 socket or any AMD platform. I have everything together, the fans spin. ive checked for bent pins on the cpu. I know the ram works because I used it in my main system already. it doesn't even light up(the ram lights up) when I try it in the new pc. ive tried all the ram slots too. I put in the pc speaker and like the title says it beeps long and none stop. I can only think of it being the cpu or the mother bored but I have no way of testing for finding out. I also don't know if I need to have the hdmi in the motherboard or gpu ive tried both. I know the gpu works because I used one I know works. im frustrated please help. ALSO I have stand offs in so I believe im good their too. my mother bored is a gigabyte 78lmt-usb3 am3+
