Post (poweronselftest) problem

Computer won't post, no video, audio or error codes. I know the motherboard isn't to blame because when I remove the ram it emits the 3 beep faulty ram

Pc specs:
Cpu:AMD A8-7650k
Mobo:ASROCK fm2a88m pro3+
Ram:2 dddr3 1600 240pin 4gb dual channel layout
Psu:seasonic 520w


Also The fans spin up on the Cpu, gpu, and chassis

I use the on board gpu but have a dedicated gpu that also doesn't output:evga nvidia GeForce gtx 550ti

As you can't post, check your DIMMs in another system with MemTest86+ or try one DIMM in first slot and try switching them around.
If this has recently occurred and not a new build, it may be the CMOS battery failing or your PSU is not up to the task.
