POST takes long time

Posting takes 25 seconds every time on a new PC with Asus ROG Strix X99 Gaming motherboard. My other PC POST is only 9 seconds.

X99 chipset motherboards certainly take long to POST go in your bios and try to see what ur POST delay is set to 3 seconds is usually fine.

Yes it is set to 3 seconds.

What motherboard is it ? I am not worried as x99 motherboards take long and it is normal

I have seen it everywhere from youtube videos to forums people normally get about 30 seconds of pre post time.
This is normal because the way the x99 platform initializes ddr4 memory.

Oh now I see why when I open CPU-Z it loads the SPD very slow. Thank you
