Nice, but why are you running quadro's? You into rendering or something? Wouldnt a pair of 7900GTX's or 1900XTX's Be better for gaming?

Holy cow, I want your rig doordand...besides the Quadro's those are not for a gamer....you must be cad/solidworks/3ds max heavy.

I built this rig in 2001, with a few minor upgrades since.
I'm saving $3000 for a new build come the release of Vista and DX10 cards.

17717 score on 3DMark2001se compared with 12214 with same parts/gpu in Prescott 2.4/533 (o/c to 3.1mhz) and PE800-SE m/b old system.

Thats a nice rig but your score on 3dmark2001 is really low(my old build breaks 21,000marks...from what I can remember)... most likely 3dmark 2001 is inaccurate for measuring pc performance with dual core processors, howabought showing a 3dmark score on 2005.

This is what I have. I would however like to hear from someone else that has a similar build that has gotten some successful OC's with it. I'm a lil confused :? as to which timings to oc in bios...so many :lol:

EDIT; I'm interested in the ram timings since they don't appear in sequence the way ram timings are stated ( ie 2 3 2 6 1T)

The same goes for my cpu. If anyone has any similar clock speeds and volts that they could pass along would be much appreciated.
