Or you could try setting the limit higher (dont know if it works)

what he said also you can make the MaxSmoothedFrameRate=62 into 99 or what ever 99 was good for me, i even went above that. you can find it under the ut folder.(note: mine is under demos)

not dipping lower than 61 frames, e6600, 2 bg ram, 2900xt, on all maps max settings, max players, 1680x1050 rezolution

At 2560x1600 and full everything, I usually get around 60 FPS, dropping to 45 every so often.

Its going to look like im lying now compared to you guys, but rest assured i'm not. Anyway I have 2048mb DDR 2, Asus motherboard, AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ (dual core processor), Nvidia GeForce 8800GS Alphadog Edition, normally runs at least 81FPS at 1680 x 1050 with everything set to highest.
